مشکل downgrade به 8.1

با ویندوز ریکاوری تول میخام برگردم به 8.1 اما  error  میده و مینویسه
caot access directory
 it seems that you dot have the necessary permissionfor the directory . pleas change the directory path or change the directory permissions
